Dan Roy

Mr. Roy is a former Navy SEAL with a decade of distinguished service, during which he honed exceptional leadership, operational, and instructional skills—an alumnus of West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Arts in Multidisciplinary Studies.

During his tenure with Naval Special Warfare, Mr. Roy was a Team Leader and Close Quarters Combat Instructor, developing and managing high-risk training programs for SEAL teams, preparing them for deployment. His expertise extended to consulting for over 500 SEALs in urban warfare and explosive entry tactics.

Mr. Roy deployed to the Arabian Peninsula and Southeast Asia, leading joint operations and enhancing interoperability with international partner forces.

With a foundation rooted in operational excellence and hands-on training, Mr. Roy continues leveraging his military expertise and construction industry knowledge to drive results in complex, multidisciplinary environments.
